Description:

Computational methods for reliable identification of B-cell and T-cell epitopes are important for development of vaccines, therapeutics, and medical diagnostics for the prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of infectious and immune-mediated diseases. We have develloped several machine learning methods for this problem. Ongoing work is focused on methods for identification conformational B-cell epitopes.
