8-Week CSBSI-ISU Fellowship Application

Eligibility:

• U. S. citizen or permanent resident
• Currently registered in an accredited undergraduate or first-year graduate program.

• Two Reference Letters
• Transcript(s)

2-Week CSBSI-ISU Fee-basis Short Course Application

Cost: Anyone interested may apply and attend the 2-week short course by paying their own tuition and other expenses. The tuition is $400 per module and Module A is free. If more than one of the modules are selected, each additional module will receive a discount of $50, or $2500 is for the entire Short Course. Academic people will get a 50% discount.
